I bought a forcloser feb of 08 for 20,000 (cash) I want to sell my home for about 60-65,000,I may only get 50,(i live in Maine)and buy a house for 98,000. Do i have to stay in house for 2-5 years before i can sell it

if you are playing the first Sims.... you press Ctrl Alt Shift and type in Rosebud for $1000 and then repeat but type ;!;!;! as much as you can and do that a couple of times.... you'll roll in the dosh! hope it helps xx

There are two cheats - press Ctrl Alt Shift to open the cheat window and for $1000 simoleons type in kaching - for $50,000 simoleons type in motherlode - press enter.

I also have a cheat to change the roof slope angle to individualise the roofs.

Does anyone else have any other cheats?
