I found a bird by my house with a broken wing. how can i help it???

A vet or animal doctor can help it. You can also nurse it back to life. The worst thing that happens to wounded animals is that other animals get them or they can't find food. If you can put it in a cage and provide security from other animals and constant food source, it will probably heal itself.
