Is Assassin's Creed: Revelations lame or fun?

Assassins Creed : Brotherhood was really awesome in terms of the story, gameplay, graphics and overall design. The latest in the series, Revalations, has got pretty good reviews, so it should be good. It is definitely as good as Brotherhood, if not better. The reason I am sticking with the series is its story. It is probably one of the most deepest and the most complex storylines a game has ever had.
