Should I sleep for 2 hours, or just go straight to office without sleep?

If you can work efficiently without sleeping and you have some work in those two hours then goto your office without sleep. And if you can't control your sleep then sleep for atleast 5 hours, and if have time only for 2 hours of sleep then sleep for 2 hours so that you can work efficiently in your office
