Here are some really tasty treats that your children can make on a rainy day when they wish they were camping. You will need some tortilla shells, some mini marshmellows, and some chocolate chips. I prefer the mini chocolate chips, but the regular size are fine as well.
Begin by having your child sprinkle some mini marhsmellows onto a tortilla shell, then adding some chocolate chips. Roll it up and place on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for a few seconds until the chocolate and the marshmellows have melted, then allow to cool for a minute or so before eating. This is a great treat to get them to forget about not being able to camp because of the weather.
You may also use marshmellow creme instead of mini marshemellows. If you can not find mini marhsmellows, large ones will work. YOU may just want to cut them in half so they melt faster. Either way they will be delicious.

The recipe for the smores rollups sounds delicious. I have never heard of this recipe before. I cannot wait to try this thou. I know that both of my boys would love to try these. This might just be for dessert tonight. Thanks for sharing the recipe for the rollups.
