The world would defintely be a better place. For the simple reason that people would actually be DOING what they are here to do, in the first and only place.

No I do not think so. We would still have diseases such as cancer. If everyone followed their dreams then we would be more successful.
I don't think the world would be a better place. As blueeyes said above, everyone's dreams are different.
No I don't think the world would be a better place because everyone's dreams are different. Now if we all had the same dream , the world would be a better place. But that would be in a perfect world which this is not.
