Is coffee good for our skin? Or not?

I drink at least two cups a day and I’m curious if coffee does affects our skin? Had a little fact about it as follows:

1. Coffee contains antioxidant that can help fight skin cancer.

2. Some preliminary studies show that topically applied coffee can yield beautiful skin.

3. Coffee is a mild diuretic. If drunk in large quantity, coffee can cause dehydration of the skin.

4. Drinking coffee can interfere with a good night's sleep, which is essential to good skin.

What can you say about it?

Coffee makes a great scrub for celullite. Just use some used coffee grounds that are fresh. This will help with your skin anywhere you have celullite.

It's awful for acne and the antioxidant thing is just bolony. If you want to protect your skin from skin cancer and melanoma, wear SPF. Coffee only makes things worse.
